2022-2023 Academic Year Summer Term Registration Announcement (for International students)
May 22, 20232022-2023 ACADEMIC YEAR SUMMER TERM REGISTRATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Dear Parent / Student,
Tuition payments for the summer term of the 2022-2023 academic year will be made through the Param payment system as of Wednesday, May 24, 2023. The payment system will be open until the last day of the add-drop period.
In order to be able to choose your courses on time, you must complete your payment before the first day of the course selection period which is Tuesday, May 30, 2023, as announced. Students will be able to pay and register until the last day of the add-drop period.
The payment process for the summer semester must be completed as follows:
The undergraduate program fees for the summer semester of 2022–2023 have been defined in the Param payment system as 1, 2, and 3 course fees based on the scholarship rate.
Students will be able to take courses according to the payment options per course. For example, if 1 course fee is paid, only 1 course will be given by the system. Students who wish to take additional courses can do so by making an extra payment per course until the last day of the add-drop period date
Note: Tuition fees for the summer term cannot be paid in instalments.
In case of paying for a course and not enrolling, a refund payment can be made in line with the student’s requests after the add-drop period. Refund requests can be made through the Finance-Trackit portal by logging in with your student KU ID and password.
Important Reminder: : In accordance with Article 46, paragraph (g) of the Higher Education Law 2547 of 04.11.1981, amended by Law 6111 of 13.02.2011, tuition fees must be paid in the beginning of the relevant term and students who fail to pay the tuition within the deadline and whose excuse is not accepted by the Executive Council cannot select courses.
It is not possible to pay the tuition fees via direct bank transfer. Payments can only be made online through the links on Param payment system provided in the tables below according to the student’s scholarship rate and number of courses. Students must carefully enter their 5-digit KU ID number when making their payment, in case of payment with an incorrect ID number, the payment will be transferred to another student. In case of facing an error during the payment procedure, you can take a screenshot and email it to studentaccounting@ku.edu.tr

Students who do not follow the above rules will not be able to enroll in courses.
Tuition fees are the same for all undergraduate programs at Koç University, excluding the Faculty of Medicine.
* Family Allowance (Sibling): Two or more siblings must be studying at Koç University at the same time.
